Strength isn’t discovered in comfortable moments, it’s revealed when comfort is no longer an option. And when that moment comes, character isn’t what you claim it is, it’s what you do when doing right costs you something. So keep showing up. Keep doing the work. Because the moment you feel most like quitting is usually the moment you’re closest to everything you’ve been fighting for. Finish the round.

🎉 I’m thrilled to announce that I have officially completed my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Liberty University! After years of rigorous coursework, dedicated research, and balancing life’s demands, I successfully defended my dissertation and earned my Ed.D. This milestone marks the culmination of a challenging yet deeply rewarding journey focused on advancing educational leadership and practice. I’m especially grateful to my dissertation committee, advisor, faculty at Liberty University, and the entire support network of family, friends, and colleagues who encouraged me every step of the way. Your prayers, patience, and belief in me made this achievement possible. As I close this chapter, I’m excited to bring the knowledge, research skills, and faith-integrated perspective I gained at Liberty into the next phase of my career. I look forward to connecting with fellow educators, leaders, and professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in education. Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey; I couldn’t have done it without you! #EdD #DoctorOfEducation #LibertyUniversity #EducationLeadership #DissertationDone #HigherEducation #FaithAndLearning

The Lord always works it out how it’s supposed to be, not how we want it to be but how it needs to be. Surrender, trust, and watch HIM work. He got you. 🙏🏾🙏🏾#FaithOverFear
