Today we're launching useABI, an associate built for M&A teams.
In under three years as an M&A associate at Greenberg Traurig in New York, I worked on 45+ deals worth $15bn+. On deal after deal, the client wanted to move faster and the best partners I worked with wanted to take on more. I started useABI to give M&A teams the capacity to do both, especially when the stakes are high and the timeline is tight.
useABI gives every lawyer on the deal an associate their firm owns and teaches. You brief it the way you'd brief a midlevel associate, and it works the deal with your team from the seller's draft to closing, in your firm's own positions and drafting style. Your lawyers review every piece before it goes to a client.
useABI is being deployed at a leading AmLaw 100 firm. Starting today, M&A lawyers can request access at useabi.ai, and clients can request access for their attorney on the same page.
Thank you to @bobambrogi for covering our launch on LawSites this morning (link in the first comment), to my co-founder @F_I_L_S, and to every lawyer who has given us their time and honest feedback this year.
Do more M&A. useABI.
I am a Christian. I believe in God, but the day you tell me you received a prophecy about me, or that you dreamt about me, is the last day we speak
I do not care whether you are genuine or fake. Please do not receive prophecies about me. Do not dream about me. Good or bad. Don’t
This is a very silly idea.
Why do you even think someone in Canada would want to take the UTME?
What is wrong with you people?
For Nigerians in Canada, the UTME is coming closer to home. 🇳🇬🇨🇦
JAMB is working towards establishing a UTME centre in Ottawa, Canada, expected to commence operations in 2027.
The proposed centre will make it easier for eligible Nigerians in Canada and across North America to sit for the UTME without travelling to Nigeria solely for the examination.
It also represents a bigger opportunity to strengthen the connection between Nigerians in the diaspora and Nigerian tertiary education.
More access. Fewer barriers. Closer to home.

Pls lock in, read everyday, publish on LinkedIn, cold emails without shame and stop crying over spilled milk that you didn’t graduate with a first class
Overachieving can be a blessing, but sometimes it feels like a curse.
You meet people you like, but smhw your achievements create a distance you never intended. You don’t want to shrink yourself to make anyone comfortable, but you also don’t want people to feel intimidated by you
Taylor Swift is such an important part of teaching intellectual property law. There is hardly an IP class I teach where some aspect of her career is not a valuable example.
I hope one day I’m a big prof who can bring her to one of my classes.
Phenomenal musician & biz person.
Content creation is genuinely hard work.
I just saw this lady seriously jumping & dancing on the road, without any music, dressed in very bright colours. My colleague thought she was having an emergency until we spotted her tripod tucked away in the corner.
Real hard work.
Over 700k people gathered to pray with the Pope in France, and there was no comparable intellectual sneering.
Yet 30k+ people go to Old Trafford to pray with Jerry Eze and suddenly everyone has an essay on religious irrationality.
