"I could never say no to you…" Alicia said with a smile, taking his hand and following him toward their bedroom. "Let’s celebrate properly, shall we?"

"Is that what we’re doing?" Alicia asked with a smirk. "Because we totally can. We need to celebrate your birthday fully, after all…"

"Is it now?" Alicia asked with a smirk, letting her hand be kissed. "Sure you don’t want any more of your cake? You might get a little preoccupied if you continue doing stuff like this…"

"Oh, I know you will…" Alicia said with a smirk, turning her hand over underneath his to give it a small squeeze. "I have full faith in you."

"… So we’re having Christmas in Japan, right?" Because she was already convinced by the descriptions alone. "With the dogs, and all the cute stuff that comes with winter. You’ll just have to make sure you keep me warm…"

"I mean… we could have Christmas in Japan as a whole. We’ll actually see snow." Alicia said, beginning to think about the logistics of it all. "Also it would make such a cute travel vlog…"

"You always love hiking…" Alicia said with a laugh, though smiled and nodded. She had to admit that she started to appreciate hiking a lot more. "But yeah. A city break, followed by a nature break, sounds perfect."

"You know I love Tokyo!" Alicia said with a smile. "You can’t go wrong with Tokyo… but for the dogs, maybe we can get a train out somewhere more remote for them to run around in?"

"Who doesn’t want a dog?" Alicia asked with a shrug and a smile. "At least we don’t need to worry about flights either, because we can go in the car…"

"I’d love that. It’ll be getting cooler, so it won’t be as humid…" Alicia tapped at the bottom of her lip with her fork. "Want to book in a trip before Christmas? I’m sure Tsubaki won’t mind."

"Well…" Alicia said with a smile. "You have to get incredible things for an incredible person, simple as that. You spoiled me rotten for my birthday."

"… Yeah. Yours is better." Alicia admitted with no protest and a shrug. "I can be in charge of finding new good takeout spots! Though even then you beat me at that one today."

"… Well, it won’t be like this if I make it." Alicia said with a laugh and a shrug. "I have much more confidence in your abilities though, I’ll try any that you make!"

"I haven’t boosted any of my model shoots for a Sunday for a while. Maybe I should change that…"

"Which is cute by the way." Alicia said with a smirk before going for her donburi. She nodded once she tried it, using her chopsticks to peer into the bowl. "This is great though, I can never get tofu crispy like this when I cook it…"

Alicia laughed, snatching one of the beans for herself to try. "You’re definitely better. When we first met, I would never serve you anything with any kind of spice."

"It’s good with chilli too…" Alicia said with a pause as she looked at her boyfriend. "Though maybe not for you at the moment."
