I need to preface and say - I never at any moment allow my second brain to overpower my primary brain in how I think and make decisions - it's just my assistant

I anything research related - like doing administrative paper work - like giving me drafts for research grants, articles based on the research I do in sport science - basically use ChatGPT to clear my thoughts and use it as a reasoning engine to help me understand complex things - I can't easily talk to someone else on
For strength coaching (I'm an Olympic Weightlifting coach) - I use Olyup to help me become a better coach - so understanding my athletes better with the data I have about them - making my athletic training programs better to meet the needs of my athletes - basically anything sporting related - I use Olyup
