NTSB acknowledges that they have some evidence the horizon stabiliser came off the Lear Jet 60 in Florida. This would be consistent with the uncontrolled nose dive into the ground.

A Tesla semi-trailer caught fire in Hayward, California, on October 27, prompting the closure of Interstate 880.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) announced “a complete shutdown of both northbound and southbound lanes due to the potential risk of hazardous chemical smoke.”
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
