There is no one I have spoken to currently that has confirmed the PS Disc situation is being reversed This sounds like copium First off components for disc drives have increased exponentially and these new consoles from Sony and Microsoft are already going to be insanely expensive so why would Sony go out of their way to make their console more expensive??? Secondly a publisher complaining about PlayStation not having discs even though PC is fully digital, sounds ridiculous Thirdly getting rid of discs means publishers will make more money and in fact a few publishers have been advocating for the removal of discs for years. Lastly the idea that Sony is still threatened by Microsoft is absurd given how much Xbox has declined over the last few years, Sony is threatened more by Nintendo at this point than Microsoft. This whole rumour sounds like someone’s wet dream as opposed to anything grounded in logic.
