We did our first successful BTC swap in our Dex on the testnet!

Monzero DEX development. New (23–24 Oct): the first swap on the public Bitcoin testnet4 network is under way with real test coins. The app’s light wallet received test BTC, both sides agreed a signed quote, and the light wallet locked 0.002 test BTC on testnet4. The test harness then stopped: it ran out of its fixed command budget while testnet4 went hours without a real block. That harness bug is fixed. No XMZ had been locked, so the trade went to recovery: a restarted app reopened the saved trade, waited for the 36-block timelock and broadcast the Bitcoin cancellation. The refund follows once testnet4 confirms it. Testnet4 keeps producing long runs of empty blocks, which slows every step. Next: confirm the testnet4 refund, then a complete testnet4 swap, then two-machine and interruption runs as done for LTC. Every day we get a step closer⛏️📢 #DEX #Crypto #Blockchain #Bitcoin #XMZ
