On the way to Boston on my road trip, I stopped off in Somerset, MA and took in some sites. Since it’s halloween week and I’ve been to Salem, MA for all the parties, I wanted to check out some other areas. I found this great set up on Washington Ave and took these two pics. Most of the street had nothing Halloween. Just across the street though, I did see a house with a bunch of rotted pumpkins on the porch which was weird. But hey at least they half tried. I didn’t take a pic of that house cause I didn’t want them to be embarrassed. Plus a driveway full of trash is not aesthetically pleasing.

Nah no one’s addiction is Moochado. People become addicted to things that fill a void of pain. She is the actual void of pain that people look to put things in so it will shut up and go away.
But Queen Fox, Jessica only prefers wearing mesh, stripes and spandex preferably in the varying neutral and dirt colored shades of potatoes.
I've discovered that the way to get Jess Machado to crash out is to say something nice to her, so here goes. Jess, you look really good in saturated colors. Especially on camera. I would never go on camera again in a camel or skin tone color. That's a big mistake and you get washed out. Stick with saturated colors, not pastels. Reds, pinks, blues, navy, deep purple...those are going to make your eyes and skin look great. Can't wait to see the vile insults she hurls at me for this sensible advice.

Jessica please write your sentences, get all consumed with it, squirrel yourself away in your mom’s home, take hours, take days writing your sentences, because it may just keep you away from the general public.
Also Mooch, writing sentences as punishment was a thing in public schools during the 40s 50s- early 90s. I wrote repetitive sentences with spelling words for homework too. It was a go-to task done extending decades.
My own mother - a public school teacher- punished us with sentences too. Guess what you vile twat, it cured my behavior right quick, because I knew if I repeated whatever the negative behavior was, I would be stuck indoors writing sentences. You obviously are not a quick study. You obviously were a horrendously obnoxious kid, because that is who you are today.
Put your BIG GIRL PANTIES ON and move on with your life and stop with your nauseating, disgusting and self imposed martyrdom. You’re Gen X. You shouldn’t be so soft.

This is how we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jess has lost her damn mind. There is no world in which Kelsey attending a show at a theater has an effect on her child custody case. What is Justin gonna do? Is he gonna file a motion saying “Kelsey should lose custody because she went to a show with 1,300 other people to watch a guy who says mean words sometimes so obviously her psychologist is wrong and Kelsey actually is mentally unstable!!”?😳🤦🏼♀️
Jess is just extremely bitter because she saw Kelsey’s case as her story to cover so the fact that Kelsey would show any support to Aidan is infuriating to her.

With all of the lawsuits going on, I hope people remember a couple of things.
Firstly, anyone can sue ANYONE, for anyTHING. It doesn't have to be true.
Secondly, as @DoctorTurtleboy brillaintly points out in the video below, if you sue someone, and they don't have the financial ability to defend themselves with counsel (which as you've seen from his invoices that he graciously shared, the cost for defense in a civil trial is ASTRONIMICAL- even for just ONE motion to be filed), then you are faced with two options:
1) Try to defend yourself.
This sounds much easier said than done. Civil law is extremely complicated and their are very strict rules in regards to the process. It's exhausing, demanding of almost every minute of your time, and it will quite literally break you down mentally if you don't know what you're doing. Which is what the other person hopes for if you decide to fight back.
Or the unfortunate and most common other option:
2) Default.
Meaning you do nothing. Judgement is ruled in favor of the person that sued you, and they win whatever they are asking for. If it's millions, you can declare bankruptcy I guess. But then whatever you are sued for is also assumed to be true. Even if the entirety of their lawsuit was false, it would be entered into the judgement that you did or said the things you're accused of simply because you couldn't afford to defend yourself. It doesn't matter how much evidence you have. If you can't afford a lawyer to fight the lawsuit with that evidence, you are shit out of luck.
Now, I suppose if you have a large following, you could fundraise or crowdfund. But if you're a nobody off the street, living in poverty, or if you had a smear campaign against you with a litany of lies that painted you as a villainous and evil person, then good luck to you. Or if you have people actively trying to sabotage your fundraising abilities. There is no legal financial assistance for civil lawsuits. It doesn't exist.
In short, money rules all. You could k*ll someone, r*pe someone, kidnap someone... and quite literally as we've seen, turn around and sue the OTHER person, if you're the one with the deep, or deeper, pockets. Imagine being faced with these as your only options, knowing that you did nothing wrong?
So, as we've seen with Karen Read and Aidan, it's vital to get out there and fundraise. Because otherwise, the other side wins.
One more thing.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.. it's entirely possible to not like Aidan or Karen and still believe that the cops and NCDAO involved were corrupt in their actions. It's even possible to believe that Karen was guilty, and still believe that she was done dirty and had her civil rights violated. I know it's difficult for people to separate their emotions from these facts, but it's absolutely necessary if we want to see the bad characters be held accountable.
Do the right thing. Donate so these lawsuits can continue to be fought 🙏 😉
