As a self proclaimed Dru stan I am both loving and dreading people’s reactions to how much page time she has compared to kitty(at least so far). At the end of the day TSC has always prioritized the female main character. I’m glad that aspect hasn’t changed #tlkofspoilers

I agree it’s not CC’s best writing and I wish the pov’s were limited to the mains(a problem I had with QOAAD and TLH too) but at least things are happening. Sometimes I felt like a certain series in her catalogue was a snoozefest at times🌚 #tlkofspoilers #kinda?

I’ve stayed off twt to not get spoiled but so far Dru and Ash’s interactions are carrying the book for me. Like I’m so intrigued by them. They are unlike any other couple CC has ever written and I find it so refreshing

I have been studying the Quran a lot. Not saying this to boast, I am anon to most. But the one thing I have noticed is how much it emphasises evidence. Examining it. Not following blindly. Dismantling constructs. Changing your mind. All of these things we suck at as Muslims.

November is diabetes awareness month. I myself have type 1 diabetes. Sometimes it can be so incredibly draining but I’m also amazed at how such a small bottle and a device can improve one’s life so much. Which is why I wish there was easier acces in some counties #t1d #diabetes

What drew me to her is how human she feels. Growing up with a big loving family but still lonely cuz Julian had Emma while Ty and Livvy had each other. Her body issues because despite training she’s still not thin. And I really hope CC keeps the fact that she gets panic attacks
