WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS RYAN COHEN BUILDING?! ⌚️🔥 ONE DAY before $GME warrants expire, GameStop PowerPacks introduces WATCHES. The tagline? “THE TIME IS NOW.” YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS SHIT UP. I've been screaming this for MONTHS. THE PSA SLABS WERE NEVER THE ENDGAME. THEY WERE THE PROOF OF CONCEPT. LOOK AT THIS SCREENSHOT. $5,000 WATCH PACKS. ROLEXES WITH ESTIMATED VALUES AS HIGH AS $79,700. FROM GAMESTOP. THE FUCKING VIDEO GAME STORE. Do you understand the engineering required to pull this off? Sourcing. Authentication. Dynamic pricing. Inventory algorithms. Fulfillment. Supply-chain integration. You don't build that infrastructure for ONE product category. YOU BUILD IT TO SCALE INTO DOZENS. Cards were the experiment. Watches are evidence the model can expand. What's next? Jewelry? Sneakers? Handbags? Luxury collectibles? GameStop spent decades convincing customers to spend $60 on a video game. Now it's inviting them to spend $5,000 on a gamified mystery pull. SAME BRAND. ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ECONOMICS. And here's what I think Wall Street is missing: GameStop might not be building another retailer. IT MIGHT BE BUILDING AN ENTIRELY NEW WAY TO RETAIL. The gambling-like mechanics get people through the door. The underlying infrastructure is what could make this scalable. Whether you love or hate the model, THAT is the part worth paying attention to. And the timing? “THE TIME IS NOW.” 24 HOURS BEFORE WARRANT EXPIRATION. Coincidence? Maybe. But I'm telling you right now, the bigger story isn't the watches. IT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GAMESTOP CAN TURN ANY PRODUCT CATEGORY INTO A POWERPACK. If this scales profitably, we're looking at a very different company. $GME TELL ME YOU'RE SEEING WHAT I'M SEEING.

👀 @Robinhood is showing “PENDING CORPORATE ACTION” on @GameStop warrants. Could this simply be processing for the scheduled expiration? Absolutely. That’s the most straightforward explanation. Could it also appear while an amendment, extension, or another change is being processed? That’s the possibility I’m curious about and this banner alone doesn’t tell us which action is pending. No extension is confirmed. The existing deadline still stands. But I’d like to see the actual corporate-action details behind that message. Routine expiration processing… or an early indication of something else? Eyes open. Speculation stays speculation until we get confirmation. $GME

I think we’ll look back on this chapter and realize these were the good old days. Not just because of how it turned out, but because of how it felt to be here. When was the last time an investment gave you this much to look forward to? $GME 🚀

The point was never “these will definitely get exercised and raise cash.” It was “here’s a free right for current holders; if the stock does well, we can raise a lot of money from willing participants with minimal friction; if it doesn’t, nothing happens and there’s no dilution.” That structure has real value even when the warrants ultimately expire out of the money.
What was the point of these warrants to begin with? How does it benefit the company to simply allow them to expire worthless? It’s the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. They directly help the company raise capital and could easily be extended but we saw BBBYW warrants expire and now from the looks of it GMEW warrants will also expire OTM. Even extending them 6 months to one year would make sense business wise but you’ve got to wonder why both companies didn’t issue an extension. My main question is what was even the point of them to begin with?

Wendy’s makes a video game. I look up the developer. Somehow I’m back at fucking @GameStop. WendyQuest’s developer and publisher is 81monkeys. Its founder, Stephane Cotichini, previously spent time at GameStop. An April 2025 interview specifically mentions his experience and success there. Now his studio is building a Wendy’s RPG where playing can earn you actual food. What if branded games become a new customer rewards channel? Play the game. Earn the reward. Visit the business. Come back for the next unlock. Where could GameStop fit? Game discovery, collectibles, merchandise and rewards tied to its stores. A founder’s previous employer doesn’t prove a partnership. I found no confirmation that GameStop or Ryan Cohen is involved. But it gives us a specific connection worth investigating. @ryancohen, Wendy’s figured out how to turn players into customers. What would it look like if GameStop figured out how to turn other companies’ customers into players? $GME

I think I just found one of the wildest possible endgames for $GME warrants. Hear me out. Thursday, October 29: GME WS stops trading after the close. Friday, October 30: Warrants expire at 5 PM. Now here's where things get interesting. Section 4.06 of @GameStop's actual warrant agreement allows the company to LOWER the strike price without warrant-holder approval, subject to applicable rules. Imagine @RyanCohen announces Friday morning that the strike has been reduced from $32 to $20. At Tuesday's closing price of $23.36, warrants previously headed toward expiration worthless would suddenly have $3.36 of intrinsic value EACH. Nearly 59 million warrants were originally issued. That's potentially hundreds of millions in warrant value appearing almost overnight. But here's the insanity. The warrants have already stopped trading. Broker deadlines are approaching. Adjusted GME1 options actually include warrants in their deliverables. Suddenly, the entire market has to reassess exercise decisions, derivative exposures, delivery obligations and hedging. Does that trigger buying pressure? A liquidity scramble? A massive repricing of risk? Or does the system absorb it? I'm not predicting this happens. I'm asking whether Wall Street has considered what happens if Ryan Cohen doesn't need @GameStop to reach $32. What if he brings the strike price down to @GameStop instead? Read that again.

My wife left me because I chose @GameStop over our marriage. My parents just kicked me out of their basement because I spent the rent money on $GME warrants. Nikita left X, I got kicked out of the Creator Program, and my last remaining source of income is now a cooler full of questionable financial decisions. No money. No home. No job. Spent my last few bucks filling that cooler. It's officially the only liquid asset I own. My wife called and said she and her new boyfriend would let me sleep on their couch if this post gets 100,000 likes and I gain 1,000 followers. EVEN MY HOMELESSNESS HAS PERFORMANCE-BASED VESTING REQUIREMENTS. I told her @RyanCohen was going to save me. She said her new boyfriend has a 401(k), dental insurance, and a functioning credit score. Whatever. Sounds like a paper-handed bitch. My warrants expire Friday. My marriage already expired worthless. Apparently I'm the only thing in this family that refuses to exercise an exit strategy. I'm holding until the bitter end. Call me delusional. Call me financially irresponsible. Call me whatever you want. Just don't call me when $GME hits the moon. I'M CRAZY UNTIL I'M NOT. 💎🙌🚀

🚨 I THINK WE MAY HAVE FOUND THE NEXT $GME CONTROVERSY BEFORE IT EVEN HAPPENS. Imagine @GameStop explodes past $32 on October 29. Your warrants are FINALLY in the money. You call your brokerage to exercise. "Sorry, the deadline was yesterday." WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? Here's where it gets interesting. October 29: Last day $GME WS trades. October 30: Official expiration at 5 PM ET. But GameStop explicitly warns that brokers can impose EARLIER exercise deadlines. So hypothetically, one shareholder could still exercise while another is told they're too late. SAME WARRANT.
SAME EXPIRATION.
DIFFERENT CLOCKS. I'm not claiming a brokerage has imposed an October 28 cutoff. I'm questioning why shareholders might face different deadlines in the first place. @ryancohen, imagine exposing this issue BEFORE it becomes another retail investor nightmare. EVERY BROKERAGE SHOULD DISCLOSE ITS DEADLINE NOW. If you own $GME WS, reply with your brokerage and its confirmed exercise cutoff. Because the most disturbing possibility isn't that GameStop fails to reach $32. It's that GameStop reaches $32 and some shareholders discover their broker's clock already ran out. THE WARRANTS MIGHT NOT HAVE EXPIRED. BUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE THEM MIGHT HAVE.

MONDAY FLUSH. 🩸 $GME closed $23.90 (-3.71%). Warrants cratered to ~$0.38 (-41% in ONE day). 3 trading sessions left. Warrants stop trading before Friday's open. +33.9% to $32. The clock isn't ticking anymore, it's screaming. ⏰

I genuinely believe the only thing that could save $GME right now is the most unhinged marketing stunt in corporate history. Picture this. @GameStop's next commercial. Black screen. GAME OVER. Five seconds of silence. CONTINUE? Someone presses YES. Camera slowly pulls back. It's @theROARINGKITTY sitting inside a GameStop, holding a controller. Employee: "Haven't seen you in a while." Keith Gill smiles. "I never stopped playing." CUT TO BLACK. GAMESTOP. POWER TO THE PLAYERS. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! Boats 'N Hoes? The Lion King? Those would look like elementary school productions compared to the absolute cultural detonation this would cause. No stock predictions. No cryptic tweets. No promises. Just GameStop and the man who became the face of its retail-investor movement, appearing TOGETHER in an official commercial. Five years of speculation, loyalty, memes, and Wall Street chaos condensed into 30 seconds. For the first time, the legend isn't just talking ABOUT GameStop. He's standing WITH GameStop. @RyanCohen, forget 3D chess. PUT THE FUCKING CAT IN THE COMMERCIAL AND FLIP THE ENTIRE BOARD.

Is it just me, or was $GME destined to crash regardless of how the warrants played out? Expire worthless? Stock tanks. Expire in the money? Stock tanks. At some point, you have to wonder whether the outcome ever mattered. With @GameStop, somehow the market always finds a way to turn a potential catalyst into another disappointment. Tell me I'm wrong.
