🌸Instagram is kinda the new shiny social for Vtubers!🌸 Yeah! Good old Insta is finally becoming mainstream for us Vtuber and Vtuber enjoyers! However, I can share what I am noticing is working for me if YOU would like to start on Instagram. 🌸I don't post stream gaming clips. For whatever reason, gaming clips for me just don't work. No matter how entertaining or good they are, they have never worked. While this is not the case for everyone, I have noticed this is also something I've seen with other streamers. Take this with a grain of salt since this is my experience. 🌸I post talking head educational and story time reels. I've found that me talking to my audience directly and giving them value (growth tips) has worked really well for me. However, story time has ALSO really worked for me. I went from 500 followers to over 10k simply doing help and story time videos. And i don't think they need to be super well edited as long as the content is good. 🌸But what really is working for me is commentary. Commentary of relatable subjects is REALLY working for me. We are talking about videos that his 10k plus views. I commented about Tim Hortons' food recently and it POPPED OFF. I also made a job about Canadian culture and it had people talking. So relatability seems to be a good thing on Instagram. 🌸I'm posting 3 times a week at the same time every time. I don't post daily but I do post 3 times a week at 5pm EST. I post on my best days but not necessarily at my best times. It works well and I've not had any issues with reach. So don't worry about best posting times. Choose a schedule and stick to it. Once you know your best posting day, just post at the same times on those days.
