The SM posts about the @NBA flopping and obvious missed calls are wild. The NBA is unwatchable.

This poor boy was running away from someone who stabbed him & stole his phone, but the police in the UK attacked him instead of his murderer!

An 18-year-old kid gets stabbed in the street. He’s running for his life, begging for help, and instead of saving him, the police handcuff him while he bleeds out because the attacker claimed “racism.”
They let him choke on his own blood. No urgency. No humanity. Just cold, ideological policing.
Months later? Still no names. Still no suspensions. Still no accountability.
Meanwhile, the same UK police have arrested over 12,000 people for social media posts.
They move at lightning speed to jail citizens for tweets and online comments, yet they can’t even name or discipline the officers who allegedly let a stabbing victim die in handcuffs on the street.
This is the definition of two-tier policing: aggressive against ordinary people speaking online, but protective when it comes to their own failures and protecting the narrative.
The British people deserve real justice, not another cover-up.
Justice for Henry Nowak.

Ever wonder where "OKC knee ext is bad for the ACL" came from? Well, for the most part, it's this 1995 article in AJSM. We know strain on ACL⬆️as you move closer to ext, but strain w/ OKC knee ext + 45 N load only ⬆️strain 4%. GAIT has shown 3x that. You should do OKC knee ext.

Someone inside Kaiser sent me the below internal guidance concerning shots and medications for newborns.
It tells Kaiser employees that the "approach to how we introduce and administer routine newborn ... Hepatitis B vaccine" is to " avoid saying ‘it’s optional’ or ‘you can refuse’ unless directly asked” and to tell parents that "we will be giving" instead of asking consent to give. This is the antithesis of informed consent. Yet Kaiser calls it “excellent patient and family care.”

This woman has been saving a McDonald’s Hamburger and French Fries in this box for 24 YEARS, she shows the bag as proof
The burger still literally looks perfect, she shows the burger “never rotted,” and the bun never even cracked
How is this still legal to sell to people to eat

“They are worried about the human rights of the k*llers. What about the human rights of the women who don't want to be r*ped? Or the kids who want to safely play in the park?”
What an amazing message. It is clear how and why these individuals are selected for these missions. Leadership, integrity, ethics. Without even knowing them, these traits are displayed in their words and actions. Definition of a TEAM.
