समस्त पुरुष जातीसाठी धक्कादायक-
माझ्या मित्राचं 2 वर्ष आधी लग्न झालं. पण घरी आल्यापासून मुलगी थोडी विचित्र वागायला लागली. मग लगेच माहेरी गेली. तिथून लवकर यायलाच तयार नाही. मग कसबस तिला परत सासरी आणलं पण मग ती एका खोलीतच राहायला लागली. थोडं बाहेर ये सगळ्यांशी बोल अस जरी म्हंटल तर मग वाद- भांडण करून दाराची कडी लावून 10 - 15 तास खोलीत बंद करून घ्यायला लागली. हे सगळं लग्नानंतर महिनाभरातच. मग ती पुन्हा माहेरी गेली आणि नंतर आलीच नाही.
मित्राकडचे तिला वारंवार आणायला गेले. तरीही ती नांदायला तयार नाही. तिने अट टाकली की आई बाबांपासून वेगळं आपण दुसऱ्या शहरात राहू. मित्र त्यालाही तयार झाला तरीही ती आली नाही. शेवटी प्रकरण डिव्होर्स पर्यंत गेलं आणि आता कोर्टाने मित्रालाच बायकोला 30 लाख रुपये पोटगी म्हणून द्यायला सांगितले.
हा खरच न्याय आहे?
- 100 वर्षा आधी असलेली स्त्रियांची स्थिती, आर्थिक पत, संधी, सामाजिक स्थान हे खूप बदललं आहे. पोटगी देताना या बाबी कोर्टाने विचारात घेऊ नयेत का?
- एकीकडे स्त्री पुरुष समान म्हणायचं आणि मग मुलगी कमावती, श्रीमंत घरातली असली तरी पोटगी पुरुषाच्या माथी मारायची हा न्याय झाला का?
- पुरुष हा दोषींच आहे आरोपी आहे हेच आपली न्यायव्यवस्था गृहीत धरते का?
