Wow, this is next level bucket filling ❤️ Thank you @SPARKPhysEd and @supportREALtchr! You sure know how to make someone feel noticed and appreciated 🙏

This amazing crew of Texas elementary #physed teachers are officially family. It was an honor and an absolute privilege to put on a 7 hour PD workshop for this passionate, committed and downright fun group of humans from @KilleenISD_ in Killeen, TX. You’re in good hands Texas PE!

Phew, this year of #physed has maxed me out. Cabin time with family and fishing couldn’t have come soon enough. Filled the tank back up this weekend to push through to the finish ☀️🎣 Wishing you all well as you push to your own finishes! You’ve got this 💪

Lets ROCK #SHAPECleveland! Meet me in Grand Ballroom B at 2pm to learn how I implemented Rhythm Sticks into my Dance curriculum 8 yrs ago and how it completely transformed our #physed culture for good. This will be like no other PD dance session you've ever been to, I promise 😎

Come play w/ us and learn how we “Take Our Fun Seriously!” The @SHAPE_America 2023 Elementary #PhysEd TOY fam will be sharing multiple activities/strategies and models that will be sure to enhance your practice for years to come. See you at 1045 in Ballroom C #SHAPECleveland!

@toleary02 and @perocks, you were a huge highlight of my #SHAPECleveland general session! The unveiling of our new K-12 #PhysEd standards was a close second 😉 Thanks for painting the perfect picture of the positive energy that was overflowing all of Day 1 in Cleveland 💪

So glad I attended “Language Matters…” w/ John and Val today. I continue to reflect on the idea that the language we use w/ our Ss can breathe life, but also do serious harm if we aren’t aware of our chosen words. “Call’m in, don’t call’m out.” - John McCarthy #SHAPECleveland

“Turn the lights down to turn the confidence up.” - @MrHamiltonPE Glow sticks and flashlights?!?! Totally borrowing these ideas moving forward 🔥 #SHAPECleveland

@MrHamiltonPE is a national #physed treasure! “When in Doubt, Dance it Out!” was everything I hoped it would be. His creative mind when it comes to engaging his Ss is inspiring. Thanks for helping us find ways to build confidence in our Ss through playful dance! #SHAPECleveland
