Words cannot describe how appalled, disgusted, and Bewildered I am with Fortnite. This is astonishing how I have been searching for the Pirate Token for 60 hours straight right now and still haven't acquired it. This is truly egregious and unfathomable. You are sick @Fortnite

Fortnite was so stupid do this. People are trying to report them to the FTC for not revealing the odds for a store token chest drop (they don't have to do that since it doesn't cost money), and the fanbase thinks that Epic would make something that makes the entire shop free for a month have odds of 1 in 1,000-5,000 chests. But naturally you have people who have opened 1,000 to 5,000 chests furious and burning out, and I get that This was supposed to be an engagement thing to fight GTA 6 but now it's just pissing everyone off even if of course the true odds are like 1 in a million. Idiotic idea, but players also have to realize they're not going to change shit given how valuable the thing is (literally the equivalent of thousands of dollars of store items per token). So, have fun dealing with this Epic!

Peanut Can NOT Believe Deadlock’s Ranked Requirements...

People really don’t understand how GOOD Deadlock’s Ranked requirements are. They’re designed this way for a reason: to make it miserable for smurfs to fire up fresh accounts and wreak havoc in Ranked lobbies they have no business being in. Valve knows exactly what they’re doing. My advice to all the new players coming into Deadlock? GET YOUR REPS IN. You’ve got a ton to learn regardless, so enjoy the journey. By the time you unlock Ranked, you’ll have a solid understanding of your Heroes, and more importantly, so will the teammates you’re getting queued up with. We also need to break out of this one-trick mentality that’s become so common in competitive games. Ranked Draft is coming, and that cowardly dodging shit isn’t gonna fly. Put in the work. Gran Turismo 7 has sold 1.3M copies THIS YEAR, the same number that Forza Motorsport has sold since launch (@alineaanalytics estimates). Here's some more estimates on how Gran Turismo 7 is doing versus its nearest competitor, Xbox console exclusive and long-running sim racer Forza Motorsport (released in 2023 as a reboot for the franchise, about 19 months after GT7). Forza Motorsport has sold around 1.3M copies across Xbox (75.4% for Xbox console and PC) and Steam (24.6%), grossing $89.9M across those platforms. Launch aligned, and on just PlayStation, Gran Turismo 7 had sold 10.2M copies, generating $676.1M, by that point. When all is said and done, Gran Turismo 7’s 2026 revenues will have lapped Motorsport’s lifetime, too. It’s worth noting that Forza Motorsport was not released on last-gen consoles, and just under a quarter of Gran Turismo 7’s revenue has come from PS4 consoles. Critically, Forza Motorsport is also on Game Pass, where nearly 7M players have accessed it. Meanwhile, the Forza Horizon series has been performing incredibly in terms of revenue. This year’s Forza Horizon 6 has generated $583.7M across Xbox and Steam despite Game Pass cannibalisation, and last year’s Forza Horizon 5 PlayStation port has generated $383.5M on PS5 alone.
