I was 10 when I got my first computer from my parents in 1984, the Philips VG-8020 MSX! I had a huge interest in computers, so my dad bought this for my birthday 36 years ago, he was a truck driver so this cost him a fortune. Still grateful!
What was your first computer?

Mathematician. Leader. Heroine.
Katherine Johnson not only helped calculate the trajectories that took our Apollo astronauts to the Moon — she was champion for women and minorities in the space program and the world as a whole. We honor her memory today. go.nasa.gov/2HPnx31
ALT Before microchips, before electronic calculation, before nanosecond data processing, the human brain deciphered the most difficult numeric equations. In NASA's early years that meant flesh-and-blood computers, mathematically gifted individuals tasked with analysis and verification of complex aerospace data. Among NASA's human computers, today one of the most recognized is Katherine Johnson.
We watched him mature and pursue excellence as a player, husband, father, businessman, and philanthropist.
This one hurts; we were blessed to be inspired by his life.
Prayers to the Bryant family. 🙏🏽#Mamba
