Hi @OctopusEnergy
I want to renew my outgoing octopus tariff and continue on with what I have. Do I have to upload all my documents again as if I was signing up like I originally did?
@GarminUK seem to be having inaccuracies with my elevation. I have calibrated twice using both GPs and DEM but seems to be wildly off.

I'm quite a visual person and I created this TikTok to help me process how the @GivEnergy app functions on quite a basic level.
If you are thinking about getting a GivEnergy battery it'll give you an idea how it's all works.
How to add the quick function button.
How to add a schedule to charge and discharge your battery. (Although i think it's best to set this in the online portal.)
The most important is to set charging for winter and the quick function button will be handy for saving sessions or free energy sessions given by @OctopusEnergy at some point. 🤞
Hi at @OctopusEnergy I have just applied to change my tariff but thought I might get an email confirming this. I don’t seem to off. The only confirmation was the screen after I applied to change. Is this something you can check?

Still waiting on my smart meter @OctopusEnergy. Been waiting since December and still no further forward. Emailed multiple times and mentioned on here but nothing. Get my gen 1 meter upgraded or changed please. I can believe something so simple takes so long.
@OctopusEnergy finally been moved over from bulb, but I’m being told products are not available to me because I came from Bulb. So not sure I am really any better off. This I really frustrating when I have an EV and Solar.
@OctopusEnergy was also meant to receive an email for the limited products that are available to me but still waiting. This was at 9am!
