Being bullish on Bitcoin is easy until you have to hold a leveraged position through a really bad month That’s what got me interested in @2FactorFinance I can have a view on where BTC is going over the next few years but I still need to understand what happens to my position along the way So I spent some time reading about the structure and made this short video to explain what caught my attention The starting idea is pretty simple Everyone is holding exposure to the same asset but they don’t all want the same amount of risk 2Factor separates that into BTC-Sr and BTC-Jr Junior absorbs losses first and gives Senior a buffer Junior gets amplified exposure while Senior has dampened volatility That buffer has limits though Neither side is risk free Then there’s the part that makes the structure ongoing As older tranches mature they’re automatically replaced with fresh ones so holders don’t have to keep renewing them manually BTC-Jr targets around 1.33x Bitcoin exposure It’s a target that can change with conditions rather than a fixed multiplier or a guaranteed return Personally I want to spend more time understanding what holding this actually looks like What does it cost to stay in What happens after a deep drawdown How easy is it to exit when I want to Those are the things I’d check before putting money into it I like that the conversation here is about how leverage can fit a longer holding period I’d still want to see how the whole thing behaves when the market gets rough That’s what I tried to get across in these 30 seconds Watch it and tell me which part you’d want explained next For me it’s what happens to Junior during a really sharp BTC drop I’m also following the Points Program My referral is below and qualifying referrals can earn me Marks points.2factor.finance/r/kex… .

Watching the SIXR winners hit the timeline is cool Understanding how the next campaign actually works is the useful part @ActionModelAI has $150K in SWEEP rewards across three pools and a top leaderboard rank isn't the only route $100K for the top 150 on the leaderboard $30K in lottery rewards for eligible participants $20K for creators and ambassadors The detail people might miss Leaderboard and lottery eligibility can overlap So you don't have to finish in the top 150 to have a chance in the draw But the starting point is still real participation Create an account Install the official extension Open ActionFi and choose SWEEP Complete eligible tasks and verify your activity That last step matters Doing a task and having it verified aren't things I'd casually treat as identical There's also a community route for people who make useful tutorials, explain the product and help others get started The article points to Discord competitions as a way to work toward creator and ambassador opportunities My take Before grinding any campaign, understand what actually counts Check the rules Track your verified activity Don't mistake lottery entries for guaranteed rewards Which route fits you better Leaderboard, lottery participation or creating something useful for the community? I'm an Action Model ambassador Explore through my referral and ask me if you need help getting started join.actionmodel.com/MRCRYPT…

Most token launches follow the same script Set the supply Give insiders their allocation Then invite the community @zerufinance is flipping that model with zETH Ethereum activity comes first Every Miner joining the race helps shape the final supply Once the race ends, the remaining zETH moves to a Uniswap CCA where the market discovers the price No presale-led allocation No dev bag Activity first Price discovery next This is what makes zETH interesting to me The community isn’t arriving after the market is created They’re helping create it.

The part of @vangrid_io more data marketplaces should copy isn’t the 3D model. It’s the order of trust. Before an operator starts filming, the reward is already funded and locked in escrow. The buyer only receives a watermarked preview. The raw video isn’t downloadable and remains with the contributor. If the capture matches the brief, acceptance releases the payment and unlocks the completed output. That changes the usual power balance. The contributor doesn’t have to travel somewhere and hope the buyer still intends to pay. The buyer doesn’t have to release funds before seeing evidence that the work was actually completed. My take is that decentralized physical data won’t scale through token incentives alone. It needs a workflow where strangers can coordinate without either side taking the full risk. Capture first verify through the preview settle only when the work matches The blockchain isn’t the product here. It’s the reason both sides can trust the process.

CT loves an RWA announcement I’m more interested in what happens after the asset lands onchain @strato_net has around $27.55M in tracked metals Active AUM on DefiLlama’s Nov 7 snapshot, across tokenized gold and silver That gives you a sense of the assets already there. The next question is what holders can actually do with them With GOLDST and SILVST, STRATO connects metal exposure to collateral vaults where users can mint USDST. That liquidity can then move through the ecosystem’s trading and savings products That’s the part of the HardFi thesis I find interesting Someone holding gold might want dollar liquidity for a few months while keeping their gold exposure. Giving that holder a usable credit market creates a reason to bring the asset onchain Borrowing still comes with fees and liquidation risk. The position needs managing As this grows, I’d track the metals held, outstanding borrowing and repeat usage together. Each tells you something different about whether the product is finding demand The assets are there. Now I want to see how much financial activity gets built around them

Would you sell your gold just to free up some liquidity? That’s the trade-off @strato_net is going after. On STRATO, you can lock GOLDST as collateral and mint USDST against it. Your gold exposure stays in the vault. The liquidity comes out as a separate asset you can actually use. That’s where RWAs get interesting to me. A gold token gives you exposure to gold. A credit market around it gives you a reason to bring that gold onchain in the first place. And there’s already activity to track. DefiLlama showed $4.69M in active loans across STRATO on Nov 6. That’s outstanding debt across the protocol, including positions backed by different types of collateral. The next thing I’d watch is whether that number grows alongside the amount of tokenized metal onchain. If the supply of tokenized gold goes up but borrowing barely moves, you’ve learned something about what users actually want. If both grow, you’ve got a stronger case that people want credit against these assets. Of course, the position still has a cost. You pay borrowing fees, and if the collateral falls far enough, the vault can be liquidated. That’s the HardFi thesis I’m watching going into $STRATO TGE. How much credit can you build around assets people already want to hold?

you bid 900 cZAMA for an NFT. you win. the receipt says 700. i made a second video on @FungoLabs because that little twist is the best way to explain how the Genesis auction worked. while bidding was open, both your price and the number of NFTs you wanted stayed encrypted. once bidding closed, the lowest winning bid set the price every winner paid. say there are 2 NFTs and 3 bids, one NFT per bidder. → 900 cZAMA wins, pays 700, gets 200 back → 700 cZAMA wins and pays 700 → 500 cZAMA misses the cut made-up numbers, real auction mechanic. the part i keep coming back to is what happens before you hit submit. with visible bids, it’s easy to see someone offer 700 and think “fine, 701.” here you had to come up with your own number. and if you won, that number was the most you’d pay. the final price could still come in lower. i wanted the video to show both moments: staring at a blank bid field with nothing to copy, then doing a double take when the receipt comes back. if you couldn’t see anyone else’s bid, would you go higher to feel safer or stick to what the NFT was worth to you?

your wallet can show you own an NFT without showing what’s inside it. that’s the idea behind @FungoLabs Genesis on Ethereum. the art mints sealed. the holder can reveal it whenever they want. the stats stay encrypted, but with @zama’s FHE, a smart contract can still use them. that last bit is what got me. imagine an onchain game where you can see which NFT your opponent owns, but checking their wallet won’t tell you their build. i made this for the $FUNGO X campaign. five posts per creator, a 300M $FUNGO reward pool, and one little guy with a propeller hat to explain the whole thing.

46% of $FUNGO is earmarked for airdrops. sounds like one big drop until you look at who gets it and how it lands. → 36% to Fungo Genesis holders → 7% to Zama OG holders → 3% to X creators that means 43% of the entire supply sits behind a 7-day NFT claim window. whatever goes unclaimed gets burned. the creator rewards work differently and are set to land directly in approved wallets. so week one has two separate questions. how much gets claimed? and how much of what gets claimed actually gets sold? then there’s the other big number: 34% allocated to a one-sided FUNGO/ZAMA pool. that’s a lot of FUNGO inventory, but if sellers come in early, i’d want to see how much ZAMA liquidity is available near the trading price. a big pool allocation can still come with ugly slippage. the 12-month team cliff takes team unlocks out of that early picture. the market still has to find a price while NFT holders are claiming and the pool is building up trading history. if i’m watching the @FungoLabs launch, give me the claim rate by day 7 and the price impact on an actual sell. those two numbers will tell me more than the pie chart.

Most tokens decide the supply first then ask the community to show up @zerufinance is testing the opposite with zETH The race started at 1B supply Now it’s already around 864M More wallets joining More real Ethereum activity being recognized More supply removed The interesting part isn’t just the burn It’s that users aren’t entering with fresh accounts and empty profiles Their onchain history is already part of the game zETH is turning past Ethereum activity into a live market And this race is only getting started.

A pedestrian crossing looks simple until a machine has to understand it at night. @vangrid_io just completed one bounty covering 14 crossings in Raleigh. Each location was captured twice once in daylight and once under streetlights The recordings included curb ramps, tactile pads, road paint, button poles and the surrounding area. All filmed with phones and settled on Base. The useful lesson here is that physical AI doesn’t only need more locations. It needs the same locations under different conditions. A clean daytime capture can show where a crossing is. The night capture shows whether the model can still understand it when shadows, glare and visibility change. My take is that this kind of repeated ground truth is more valuable than collecting thousands of random clips with no consistent structure. The street stayed the same. The truth available to the machine didn’t.

CT makes 1.33x sound boring. That's kinda the point. If my BTC thesis takes years to play out, I'm thinking about how much leverage I'd still want after a few ugly months. It's easy to size up when BTC is ripping. Sitting through the drawdown is where that sizing decision actually matters. That's what caught my eye about @2FactorFinance BTC-Jr on Base. It targets 1.33x BTC exposure without a perp-style margin call. Junior takes the first losses, while Senior gets priority on the collateral and can earn yield from demand for leverage. A bad BTC drawdown can still hit Junior harder than spot. The difference is that a margin call doesn't decide when I'm out. points.2factor.finance/r/kex… I'd love to see how close it stays to 1.33x through a proper selloff. That's the part of the design I'm watching.

fungo genesis mint day. the part i’m watching is what happens when nobody can copy the bid above them. @FungoLabs is putting 2,500 Genesis NFTs up for auction on Ethereum. you bid in cZAMA, and both your price and quantity stay encrypted until bidding closes. every winner pays the same clearing price, even if they bid higher. then the NFTs themselves mint sealed. holders can reveal the art, while the stats inside stay encrypted. 500 whitelist + nominee mints at 12:30 UTC. the 24h public auction starts at 15:30 UTC. i’m curious where this clears when everyone has to decide what it’s worth without watching each other bid.

The countdown is on. Mint date: November 5, 2026 → 12:30 UTC: 500 free mints for the whitelist and nominees (3 hours) → 15:30 UTC: 2,500 Genesis NFTs go live in a sealed-bid auction, paid in cZAMA (24 hours) fungolabs.org/launchpad/d/fu…

Trading on Based just became more useful. @zerufinance has integrated @BasedOneX into Zaps. Connect your Based account with a simple signature and your trading activity can start earning Zaps. No 0.50 USDC linking fee No complicated setup Just connect and keep trading What I like most is the direction Zeru is taking: Your onchain activity shouldn’t lose its value every time you move to another platform. Reputation should travel with the user. Now Based activity can too.

HTTP 402 spent years feeling like a status code without a real job. Agents changed that. With @vangrid_io, software can make one paid API call, fund a bounty in USDC on Base or Arc, and ask a human to capture a real place. No account. No manual procurement flow. The agent posts the brief and deadline, reviews the previews, then accepts the useful capture or cancels the request. The human handles the physical work. The software handles payment and coordination. The interesting part isn’t that crypto can pay people. It’s that an API call can create new ground truth that didn’t exist before the request. Most APIs return information already stored somewhere. This one can send someone outside to produce the missing data. My take is that the agent economy becomes real when software can buy work, not just tokens. x402 is the payment rail. VanGrid turns it into a bridge between code and the physical world.
