A very big “Thank you” to everyone for my kind cards and gifts. I have loved teaching Y1 and Y3 this year. Have a great, safe summer and I will see you in Year 4. Mrs Boadey. X
We were nervous as first but soon grew courage to tough the creatures. Their textures were not what we expected. We even got a ‘sting’ from an anemone - and survived! @PCPTigers @AquaExplorerUK #pcpconservation
Did you know, like the rings on a tree, if you count the lines on a muscle you can age it? We believe the one we looked at today was at least 100 years old!
We also discovered that a hermit crab finds a new ‘shell’ home every year as it grows out of its old one. @PCPTigers @AquaExplorerUK #pcpconservation
We had an awesome visit from @AquaExplorerUK today. We held some creatures that live in a rock pool and learnt alot of interesting facts. For instance.....Did you know that on the underside of a starfish they have a mouth and bottom (the same hole)? #pcpconservation
