The Tom Cruise Countdown. Only 1 day away. Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One opens at AMC Theatres tomorrow Wed July 12. It is one of the best movies I have watched in years! Do yourself a favor. Booming sound. Incredible stunts. This movie is made for the big screen.

The TOM CRUISE countdown begins. The star of last year’s beloved Top Gun: Maverick back on the big screen again on July 12 in his new stunt-filled and action-packed Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One. AMC tickets go on sale starting tomorrow at 9 am East, 6 am Pacific.

What the DUCK !!!!! I am getting multiple reports that Robinhood briefly posted today that AMC filed for bankruptcy. How can companies like Robinhood do this? So ludicrous, so wrong, so irresponsible. On Friday, we report Q1 earnings, and will announce our sizable cash position.

Holy cannoli. The records keep falling for food and beverage spending PER PATRON at AMC U.S. Theatres. Recently, AMC set a record for the best week ever in our 103 year history, then later the best weekend ever. Last night, 3/30 was the highest such day EVER!!! Such great news.

AMC moviegoers continue to eat and drink well. Two weeks ago we set an all time record, with the highest weekly “Food and Beverage Revenues Per Patron” (FBRPP) in AMC’s 103-year history. On March 24, 25, 26 we set a new record again, for the highest ever weekend FBRPP. Wow!

Several weeks ago, I called out Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s new movie AIR as one of the absolute best movies to be released in 2023! The story of Nike and a young Michael Jordan. Opens April 5. It’s a slam dunk that you need to see this film. (At an AMC Theatre, of course !!!!!)
