Sheltered Instruction - Ch 5 takeaway: "compelling input" is a high call, but one that would be effective for every learner, whether an EB or a native speaker; it also happens to be the type of teaching that gives me goosebumps. @CMSWestWrangler #CISDESLBIL #CISDLearns

Lots of fridge-worthy writing to celebrate this unit! @CMSWestWrangler

I know in-person PL the week after school is out isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but my bucket is SO full after leading and learning alongside BRILLIANT colleagues new & old. Added bonus: got to present in my old/first classroom! @CMSWestWrangler #westfam

Such an informative and helpful night listening to our school board candidates share their mission and vision for CISD. Thank you @pto_cms and the others who helped sponsor the forum! I so appreciate the value and emphasis each had on supporting educators! #westfam

When your lunch is free because your former learner made it for you!?! 😭😭We have the most amazing kids in @Coppellisd that truly love thier educators (even 5 years after they were in your class!). Just another reason why I ❤️ CISD! #westfam @CMSWestWrangler
