Bottle rocket launches with the Young Engineers club; one of the “funnest” activities each year. The rain did not stop this group from getting out and having fun while learning too.

Learning how to recycle sawdust, candle wax, paper cupcake liners, and egg cartons to create camp fire starters for a “take away”. #STEMeducation

Making reusable shopping bags from seed bags in Home Ec club. Thank you Arc Jr for the grant to tune the sewing machines.

Home Ec club members worked with wool yesterday and leaned how to dye using Kool-Aide, water and vinegar. Thanks to @aginclassroom for the kit used today. The instructions (found on At website) were easy to use. We even completed one of the lesson to create felt marbles.

Checked on the bath fizzies from last week. The club members made mug brownies from scratch. Success all around with a yummy treat.

Young Engineers club members worked in team to create water towers. Lots of fun was had while working as engineers. Thanks to @EiE_org for the kit Mrs. Palumbo brought to the meeting. #STEMeducation

Last day of semester: Shark Tank presentations. If the students follow up on their ideas we could see some innovative technologies in the near future. #STEMEducation
