Use social media to uplift, not to tear down. Iโm certain heโs doing enough of that to himself. Being kind isnโt dangerous, but the consequences of being mean are.
If you wonder why mental health tends to be talked about more โthese days,โ itโs because social media amplifies unreasonable expectations for kids and allows for excessive and unrelenting emotional harm that no longer only takes place on the school playground.
