When you find a school community where you belong, where you have purpose, and where you feel you add value, it's the best feeling in the world. It took me 4 schools before feeling this strongly, so I urge others not to give up on the job if it's not quite right at the moment.

Teachers have x amount of time in the day. Don't make your teachers redo displays. If you just have one display, plan it, make it great, and leave it until the backing paper fades in 2034
New by me for @tes on why I think displays in classrooms are absolute waste of time and energy.
Canât wait for the Facebook comments on this one.
