One of the best things we can do to help ensure the future success of our children is to invest time and energy into helping them learn. Let’s celebrate those who help all learners to grow and succeed.

Today is election day in Saskatchewan!
I voted for a @Sask_NDP government committed to making our schools safe for EVERYONE. Student lives depend on SAFE SPACES. 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

I voted for a better, brighter future for my own child AND my students.
The children in our province deserve better. Let’s invest in the things that matter.

In the past decade, we've seen cuts to school supports including counsellors, librarians and speech pathologists. These cuts make it challenging to meet the needs of all students. Our kids deserve better.

Did you know: Per-student funding at Regina Public Schools will be $10,173 in 2024-25. If funding had kept pace with inflation since 2016, the adjusted figure would’ve been $12,159.

#Regina Public says its 2024-25 budget still does not return the school division to a level of funding seen prior to massive cuts in 2016.

We've always agreed with @jeremycockrill that the best deals are made at the bargaining table. Yet government is unwilling to address the needs of Sask. students, like class size and complexity. Enough is enough.
