Megan Thee Stallion claimed under oath that her standing on glass was one of Tory’s stories that he put out to discredit her many narratives about being “shot.” The fucking lies… Tory didn’t put shit out… LAPD watched her drop the bottle and stand on it in real time, the public saw her stand on the bottle in 4K, and medical and police reports state she was treated for a glass injury. She’s still lying even when the evidence shows something else.😌

Seven months before she testified, Megan Thee Stallion was running 40-yard dashes and football routes on the Cardi Tries Facebook Watch episode…the episode was released around May 31, 2022.
Yet under oath in December 2022…she said she still had “fragments” in her feet, suffered nerve damage, and had ongoing pain in the back of her feet, which she said affected her ability to dance and perform…. Didn’t affect her ability to run though 🤷🏽♀️😏

In a February 2021 livestream, Megan Thee Stallion was seen holding up "gun fingers" and mimicking a shooting motion, telling the viewers, “I’ve been practicing… and the next bitch that says something to me…”
This live took place just seven months after the alleged incident where Megan claims she was shot in both feet.

Denise Williams Watts and Desiree Perez work together through Apple Music and Roc Nation on events like the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show. Perez oversees Roc Nation’s entertainment strategy and NFL partnership, while Watts leads Apple Music’s original content and media campaigns.

Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez, who was accused in a sworn declaration of asking Minerva Alvarez and a New Jersey-based witch doctor to conduct religious “masses, ceremonies, and jobs” against Nicki Minaj, has had her X account suspended.
She has illegally weaponized copyright claims, sending DMCA takedown notices against accounts sharing content critical of Roc Nation and its associates on the very platform that has now suspended her account.

🚨 Judge Bloom has officially entered an Order Scheduling Trial in the Hadley v. Perez case.
📅 Key dates:
• Trial: two week calendar starting December 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Miami
• Calendar call: Tuesday, December 8 at 1:45 p.m.
• November 23: deposition designations due
• November 27: objections, counter designations and deposition copies due
• November 30: pretrial stipulation, witness and exhibit lists, joint motions in limine summary, voir dire questions, jury instructions and verdict form, stipulated facts due
• Friday before trial at 3 p.m.: notice if the case settles
📌 Also in the order:
• Motions in limine are only accepted in one joint summary
• No demonstrative exhibits without written agreement or Court approval
⚖️ Still pending before the Court: summary judgment motions from the parties, including Desiree Perez's request to have all claims against her dismissed, along with her objection to the magistrate judge's recommendation. This order only sets the schedule and does not rule on any of that.
With trial deadlines now in place, a ruling on summary judgment could come soon and show what, if anything, moves forward to trial.
