Was Zuma must fall really…
Bigger than having nuclear power
Bigger than Transforming Economy Radically
Bigger than black parties uniting to amend Constitution on Land issue
Bigger than joining BRICS to cut ties with the Oppressors
When Zuma was removed some1 won but wasn’t SAns
When Liverpool defended the whole game last season and won through a set piece why it wasn’t labelled boring play by defending champions?
🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Arsenal have beaten Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield, but their style of football is once again coming under criticism from football fans, with some of them even referring to Arsenal as ‘the most boring Premier League champions of all time’.
Liverpool vs Arsenal should be one of the biggest and most exciting games in the Premier League, but yesterday's match was far from a classic.
Many football fans feel that the reigning Premier League champions play boring, defensive football, with Mikel Arteta's cautious approach taking the excitement out of even the biggest games.
In my rurals growing up we knew close to nothing that the country was under apartheid, but we knew IFP terror especially on families of people who were supporting ANC. So this doesn’t come as a shock…
How far is the train project from GP to Limpopo?
How far is Gauteng being monitored by drones and cameras everywhere?
So you guys don’t know that Phumelele Makoba is the APC as Mkhwanazi is serving at National Level…..do we really have to deal with your foolishness on a daily😬
Furthermore if Government really agrees that we have illegal immigration problem, why aren’t the soldiers helping police to invade hijacked buildings, and drug selling hotspots such as Mahatma Gandhi (Point Road) in Durban, & other areas in Joburg….😭 🤷🏾♂️
For the first time in my entire history of supporting Kaizer Chiefs I will be happy for any positive results but won’t be sad nor hurt losing the derby…..
During Zuma’s Presidency people believed we were doing well, Media believed the country was broken.
During Ramaphosa’s Presidency people believe the country is broken, Media believes we are doing well.
Those affected by white illegal immingrants should rise up and fight them….
A few moments later 🤣
“City cannot beat Aston Villa at Villa Park.”
“City haven’t beaten Villa away in five years.”
“The last time City beat Villa at Villa Park, Ferran Torres was still at the club.”
“Unai Emery is a better manager than Maresca.”
“No big club survives a 12:30 kickoff.”
“Arsenal will win the league, not City.”
When we decimate Aston Villa, I don’t want to hear anyone screaming 115 charges. Keep this energy. Thank you
So then why would Apartheid criminals hate their own project?🤣
Do you know cricket or you’re mistaking it for fireworks….🤣
Temba Bavuma showed zero tactical awareness here. He had a massive lapse in judgment at a crucial moment. Instead of declaring 40 minutes earlier to chase four quick wickets before the close of play, he chose to chase a personal milestone. He completely forgot that we are severely pressed for time. Now, Australia will comfortably bat this out for a draw, and then they'll end up beating us when we get to Cape Town.
How you used to analyse politics vs how you do it now, you really sound like a person osewagqishwa imali emasendeni. I guess we have to understand that cost of living is very high and income ain’t as growing to match living standards.
Former COSATU General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi has frequently asserted that the expulsion of the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA) from COSATU was politically orchestrated with the backing of key figures in the Tripartite Alliance, including Blade Nzimande
According to statements made by Vavi—most notably in his solidarity addresses to NUMSA—there was a deliberate political push by the leadership of the African National Congress (ANC) and the South African Communist Party (SACP) to fracture the union and eliminate internal dissent against the state. Vavi explicitly claimed that former President Jacob Zuma, SACP General Secretary Blade Nzimande, and then-COSATU President Sdumo Dlamini went as far as attempting to divide NUMSA's ranks by backing splinter factions. [1]
The Context of the Split
The fracturing of COSATU between 2014 and 2015 can be traced back to deep ideological and political divisions within the Tripartite Alliance:
• Opposition to the Zuma Administration: Initially, both Vavi and NUMSA leadership had supported Jacob Zuma's rise to power at the ANC's Polokwane conference in 2007.
However, by 2009, relations soured when Vavi and NUMSA openly criticized corruption, state vehicle splurges, and macroeconomic policies within the Zuma administration. [1]
• The SACP's Alignment: Blade Nzimande and the SACP leadership became staunch defenders of the Zuma government, viewing Vavi and NUMSA's heavy critique as "ultra-leftist" or disruptive to governance. This split the left wing into two camps: those supporting the state and those taking an activist, anti-corruption stance. [1]
• The Expulsions: Tensions culminated in November 2014 when NUMSA, then COSATU's largest affiliate, was officially voted out of the federation by its Central Executive Committee.
Vavi himself was subsequently expelled from his position as General Secretary in March 2015. [1]
Following these events, Vavi and NUMSA collaborated with other breakaway unions to establish a rival independent federation, the South African Federation of Trade Unions (SAFTU), cementing the separation from the ANC-aligned COSATU.
