Again with @NS_online miscommunication on where the buses should be standing for alternative transport from Dordrecht to Lage Zwaluwe. Many passengers stranded for more than 30 minutes for a bus that didn't even came to the offical stop. No communication or help from the NS.

For @NS_online More than 1.5hour standing for train. Train passes by but dont stop and cancelled at last moment that we cannot take other train. Then some conductor on social media says NS have to focus on other priorities than fixing the trains... such a shame
