That new Blood Incantation album so fucking fire . A good mix of Cynic, Pink Floyd-ism with some Morbid Angel riffs and some of their trademark sound . Probably the one from them I appreciate the most.

You misunderstand the purpose of the long shower. I'm not doing anything in there. I am literally staring into nothingness and using the sensory input of falling water to temporarily wash away some of the horror of corporeal human life.
Just a quick update about how I feel recently..don't mind the lightning , how ungroomed I am , it is just not a good day but doing this just help me feel a bit better . I know there are gonna be better days, but I want to feel better quickly even though I know it is a process
Such a L take. Closure is much better than uncertainty and help with anxiety issue. I would personally never ghost anyone abd weirdly enough, people that I did not ghost sometimes come back into my life changed for the best and we can live a better friendship/relationship

Went to see a doctor because I had a pain going up to the shoulder and it seems it is carpal tunnel syndrome beginning (before the real test) . I have to wear this now for a while and taking some meds for making it less inflammed .
It is kinda insane how the 3 psychiatrists I saw never listened to me at all and never wanted to understand how I felt and all gave different diagnosis, while a therapist understood me , pinpointed the problem quickly and helped on consequences . Also, the generalist dr. 1/2
