After 2 accts nuked for expressing my opinions, which aren't even close in nature to the explicit death threats I've reveived & those accts remaining active, I'll not be giving this platform that claims to uphold "free speech" while silencing mine, another 💸 No 🟦✔️ for me 🤷‍♀️

Aaaarrrgh! 3 days in a row my quiet morning has been assaulted by these horrid abominations that should be outlawed. Before 8 am today & it's ongoing as I type. 🙄😒😬🤦‍♀️
My lovely quiet morning has been rudely disturbed by the abomination that is the leaf blower. 😒 It started at 8:03 a.m. no less. And continues. 🙄

hhs.gov/press-room/hhs-repor… To those of you celebrating the massive reduction in opioid prescribing: Do you even realize you're being used to advance something disturbingly similar to eugenics and the T4 program, just packaged in a more palatable way? A vulnerable population is being sacrificed in the name of the greater public good. I know, it hasn't affected you yet, but it will. It will come for all of us. Just wait until you're sick or a loved one has a tragic accident, then you'll see. Will you be brave enough to talk about it, though? HHS acknowledged in 2020 that these policies could result in forced tapers, uncontrolled pain, increased disability, suicidal ideation, and suicide. Now, in 2026, they're celebrating the reductions without accounting for those harms. When did sacrificing the health, autonomy, and lives of people with disabilities become an acceptable price for achieving public health goals? And why are we celebrating it? You know, it isn't a coincidence that this movement is happening in tandem with the disturbing rise in antisemitism. I believe @EdwinBlackBook has discussed this happening last century. @geraldposner do you even realize your anti-Sackler info has been used to push antisemitic and anti-Israel rhetoric? That they use your work to "blame the Jews" for the "opioid crisis"?

The local lady turkeys 🦃 engaged in a bit of hen pecking this morning... I missed capturing the larger kerfuffle because I was just enjoying the show & was giggling rather hard. 😁

I think the majority are, yes. The young interns in training are being egregiously lied to, tho. Just as chronic pain patients are being lied to. Drs under 45 yr old are becoming more useless by the day. Less curious, less empathetic, less compitent (imo). Just... less.
When I was with my Physiatrist she explained that treating the pain with opioids would not cure the pain, I wouldn't get better and I would be on them for life. She told me that we'd eventually have to increase the dose and explained all of the consequences. I agreed to those as an adult, fully aware of my decision. She got married and moved away leaving me to seek new treatment. Ever since, I've been in the downward spiral of pain management doctors insisting that we try other approaches and reduce the "only known help". Since moving to Montana I've made it clear to my doctor. I'm done chasing fixes; just treat the pain. He's honored my wishes, but still has been afraid of the regulations coming down on him and lowered the dose yet again. I was a functioning human under the care of an actual expert, trained in art and science of pain management. Under the care of MDs and Anesthesiologists who work in pain management, my QOL has deteriorated beyond anyone I would recognize in myself. But they act as if they are helping. Do they know that they're not? Do they know that they are the cause of people seeking street drugs? Do they know that they are the reason for addiction and eventual overdoses? Do they know that they are the reason behind so many suicides?

My full agonist opioids were taken away 7+ years ago. My QOL tanked & I'm now basically home bound as I can't stand or walk more than a few minutes w/o debilitating pain. Full agonist opioids are legitimate pain management tools. #PainIsNotACrime #PainCareCrisis
I have Crohn’s disease and inflammatory arthritis. I do everything right. I eat healthy, consume very little sugar, exercise, drink a gallon of water a day, and take my medications. Biologics, methotrexate, prednisone when needed. For nearly a decade, I was mostly in remission. Then, two months ago, everything changed. Out of nowhere, I developed a fever, ended up hospitalized, and had surgery the next day. I still need another surgery. After a decade, my biologic stopped working. I'm starting a new treatment this week. And right now? I'm in pain. Some mornings I wake up and can barely walk. I can barely use my hands. Crohn's is flaring. Inflammatory arthritis is flaring. Despite doing everything "right." Because that's the reality of chronic illness. You can do everything right and still get incredibly sick. I can't take NSAIDs because of Crohn's. Yet somehow, we've reached a point where the prevailing narrative would have you believe that opioids don't help chronic pain, and conditions like mine shouldn't require them. I'm here to tell you that Crohn's HURTS. Inflammatory arthritis HURTS. And opioids absolutely CAN help. I cannot believe how far off the rails we've gone. Patients are suffering, losing access to medications that help them function, and there are STILL people pushing to restrict opioid prescribing even further. How much more do chronic pain patients have to endure? How much more access needs to be taken away? When will it EVER be enough? I will never stop fighting for patients like me. Because I know firsthand what it's like to live in a body that hurts despite doing everything you're supposed to do. And I refuse to let anyone pretend that pain isn't real or that relief doesn't matter.

👇 THIS! ALL of THIS! 👇
Hillary, at this point, what difference does it make? Was the muslim just out for an innocent walk that day, or did he deliberately decide to murder his fellow Americans? Was it a peaceful gathering, or was it a planned mass shooting? I guess the difference doesn’t matter to you, does it, Hillary? On November 5, 2009, the muslim opened fire at Fort Hood, murdering 13 Americans and wounding 32 others. An unborn child also lost its life. And let’s be clear about who this piece of shit was. He wasn’t some random civilian who wandered onto a military installation. He was a MAJOR in the United States Army. A field-grade commissioned officer. A man entrusted with authority under a PRESIDENTIAL commission, leadership responsibilities, and the care of American service members. He had sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. He didn’t just betray his fellow soldiers. He betrayed his commission, his oath, his uniform, and the country that entrusted him with that authority. He had military trial, he was convicted and sentenced to death. Now Hillary Clinton wants to lecture Americans about how publicly executing this convicted mass murderer would be beneath our country’s dignity? Are you kidding me? You want to talk about what’s beneath America’s dignity? It’s how our own government treated the victims and their families. It’s the years when the Fort Hood attack was treated as workplace violence rather than properly recognizing its terrorism-related nature. It’s the families who buried their loved ones while fighting for the recognition their sacrifice deserved. It’s the wounded warriors who survived being shot by one of their own officers, only to face another battle over their recognition and benefits. It’s the fact that Congress had to change the law before these Americans could finally receive Purple Hearts and other recognition in 2015. Nearly six years later! Six years for the government to do right by the very Americans who signed the dotted line, raised their right hands, and swore to defend this country. They honored their oath. the muslim betrayed his. And our government made them wait years for the recognition they deserved. That’s what offends America’s dignity. The muslim received due process, He received legal representation, He received a trial. Hell, He received the opportunity to defend himself, His victims received no such opportunity when he opened fire. I have absolutely no sympathy for him. You want to talk about dignity, Hillary? Talk about the families who buried their loved ones. Talk about the wounded who had to fight for what they earned. Talk about why it took an act of Congress to recognize the sacrifice of Americans attacked by a terrorist wearing their own uniform that their own president promoted! Their lives, sacrifices and their families deserve more concern more recognition way more dignity than the public execution of the pig who murdered them. So, Hillary, at this point, what difference does it make? GOD BLESS John “TIG” Tiegen Always Move Forward Semper Fi

LMAO! This is 100% how my family & many others I know, did. Many items are not junk, they're parts or can be repurposed as another useful item.

October 7th was not politics. It was murder. Kidnapping. Rape. Terror. You can hate a government. You can oppose a war. You can argue politics all damn day. But the second you start excusing the slaughter and kidnapping of innocent civilians, you’ve lost the moral argument. Never forget what evil looks like.

These are the faces I see when I recall Oct 7. Shiri holding her beautiful babies, Ariel & Kefir. The look of terror on her face as monsters draged them into hell, it's burned into my memory.
Never forget the Bibas Family. Shiri 🕯️ Ariel 🕯️ Kfir 🕯️ Kidnapped 3 years ago on October 7th 2023 and killed in captivity in Gaza. 💔

Leo just had the best vet visit of his 14 years. Established care for him at Cat Care Clinic-West, Madison, Wi. They specialize in cats only. The vibe was so mellow. After cleaning his ears, administering drops for his double ear infection, giving him a rabies vaccine,
