Joe Buck and Troy Aikman had an argument before Monday night's Rams-Bills game over tension surrounding their ESPN contract situations, per @sportsrapport.
Buck recently agreed to a new 6-year deal worth approximately $108M, while Aikman has yet to receive an extension offer. Aikman's contract expires after this season, and his future at ESPN remains uncertain.
The disagreement eventually de-escalated, and the two went on to call the game without viewers noticing anything unusual.

The only explanation that makes sense is that Joe Buck has a lot of money and he paid ESPN $108 million to let him ruin MNF?
Wait - *they're* paying *him*? What?
@espn clowns doing ESPN clown things. @TroyAikman has been amazing and I can't comprehend why they would even consider splitting from him. Aikman and Buck are great together.
$108 Million for the 11th best play-by-play announcer is nuts
