One of the most telling attributes of an effective leader is that they bring out the best in those they lead. They raise morale and confidence of their staff. Imagine what a staff can do when they feel valued.

I cried at work today. Because if we sit and listen to our teachers, they care so much & yet some don’t know if they can keep doing these jobs.
If we don’t feel that deep in our souls, and if we don’t feel compelled to listen more and do more, then we aren’t paying attention.

To be great, you don’t need a title, or to be powerful, or to be rich, or perfect. Just be real. Be authentic & genuinely care about ALL people. Too many people think they are great, but they do not genuinely
care
for
ALL
people.
