We’ve officially completed the acquisition of Polymesh Labs and its core assets — including the Polymesh blockchain, POLYX token, Token Studio, and the Polymesh Wallet.
This means Polymath now owns and operates the full stack:

Here’s what else is new:
- We’re going public — the reverse takeover of AnalytixInsight (TSXV: ALY) is in motion, opening new opportunities for public market investors to get involved.
- We launched Start-Me-Up, the freemium version of our Capital Platform, giving anyone the ability to issue and manage security tokens on Polymesh — for free.
- We hosted our first live onboarding webinar, walking through real use cases, features, and how to launch in minutes.
- We signed a licensing agreement with a U.S. FINRA-registered broker-dealer, enabling token issuance on Polymesh under U.S. regulatory frameworks.
- We formed a strategic partnership with Pando RWA, bridging traditional finance with blockchain infrastructure.
