This week we're celebrating the work of our very own @naveenfrizvi, who was recently recognised with the the Engelmann Excellence in Education award; with a special thank you to @NickGibbUK and @MichaelDRobert6 for sharing with @NIFDI your perspectives on her work over the years. Stretching back over a decade, the most recent results of Naveen's initiatives came in 2025, when two of her South West schools leapt from 54% and 45% of students meeting 'expected standard' on the Year 6 SATs exams, to 74% and 91% just one year later. Naveen has led the implementation of programmes across multiple trusts, dozens of schools, supporting, training, coaching hundreds maths teachers who work with thousands of students, and the results have been tangible, concrete, and as close to immediate as you’re likely to get working in education. We couldn't be prouder of her, and are grateful to everyone who has supported and recognised her efforts. unstoppablelearning.substack… 🔗 👇
