Standing room only on the 817 NWK New York train but it’s a beautiful heritage train so I guess that’s why.
Interior Door would not open on the car I stepped into. Conductor informed me that it didn’t work in the snotty tone I’ve come to expect from all Njt employees.
They’re now saying the 745 train will be here at 8:02 that’ll be a half hour late again for me today for work. Thanks, New Jersey Transit another great job.
They just keep adding fucking minutes onto the arrival time. so far it’s less than 20 minutes late so technically it’s not late at all.
After the summer from hell a few years ago, you know there had to be a meeting where someone asked “well, how many riders did we lose?“. None. “ then why should we worry about fixing anything?”
Finally, in Newark 20 minutes late. Missed two trains to New York. The platform is pretty packed for the next train to New York and an eight minute wait for the one after that…. I love this.
The big kick in the ass here is that once they go back to the regular schedule it’s still gonna suck because it has been shitty for years and it’s not gonna change
More delays on the raritan Valley line this morning. The 713 train just left Roselle Park 14 minutes late and I’m sure the next train is gonna be late. It’s not their fault though. Can’t blame someone with a learning disability for not learning.
As usual track two is pretty crowded because there hasn’t been a train to New York for over 20 minutes. I’m thinking I’m not even gonna attempt to get on this train. Just wait five minutes for the next one still don’t understand the logic of this.
According to to the schedule I should have been in nyc 12 minutes ago but we are still crawling through the fucking tunnel. 👍fuck you njt.
Had to get a later train today. 9:22 am to Newark. Of course it was more than 5 minutes late. Hope to make a connection in Newark without any drama.
