Back as a #TableauAmbassador... with a twist 🙃
I'm saying goodbye to the #SocialAmbassador family👋
It was a difficult choice. I post social content, publish @tableaupublic viz, and animate TUGs. However, I have the most to learn from the #DataDev family.
So hello #DataDev🦖!
Introducing the 2023 Tableau Ambassadors. 🎉
These 354 community leaders connect, inspire, and help everyone see and understand their data.

@Anyalitica Anya Prosvetova - #DataDev (4th) and @MaryseMonen - @NL_TUG (3rd)
🎉 @DataZurich - @RinconAnnabelle
Am I forgetting any #datapluswomen #TableauAmbassador s?

Not only the Dutch athletes took off yesterday but @HalftimeHeroes_ also took off by presenting their visual storytelling of their 1st #WinterOlympics dashboard in our 1st #TUG 2022 🚀
The dashboard they presented is now available on their @tableaupublic

READY FOR TAKEOFF 🚀
Yesterday, the first Dutch athletes took off for the Winter Olympics in Bejing.
They are not the only ones taking off today: together with @GracenoteGold, we developed cool ❄️ data visualisations about the Winter Olympics.

We will share these in the coming weeks. As a teaser, we start with a map showing past winners per country. See the full map here: public.tableau.com/app/profi…
Keep an eye out for more nice stuff to come during the Winter Olympics! 👀

The most important step: SHARE your work - on @tableaupublic and #twitter - you can view the designed #WinterOlympics dashboards the coming days on:

Thank you for your clear story and presenting at the #Dutch #TUG @HalftimeHeroes_
Thank you for attending our first #TUG of 2022!
@alphacentauri started by giving some very useful tips & tricks 👇
One of the final steps is to COMBINE everything you created. Once your done with #prototyping bring your design back to @tableau - adjust colors, fonts, sizes, white spacing, etc. And the dashboard is done :)

@ladataviz tipped tableauuikit.com as a way to prototype your dashboards.

Then, the LOOKS - the first thing someone sees, is well, what they see. @HalftimeHeroes_ uses a tool called @figmadesign to make a prototype. A good tip on selecting colors is type in a word like "winter" at picular.co/winter and you will see matching colors.

Find your STORY: what is your narrative? "A good data story should take your audience on a journey" according to @HalftimeHeroes_
