Hi all, VIB (with our help) is organizing bioinf and analysis trainings (High-Quality Genome Assembly with Long-Read Technology: shorturl.at/flvNZ) and Variant and structural variant analysis using long-read data (shorturl.at/DKOR9) with still some tickets available.
Our new preprint is available : Let's celebrate! biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…. A lot of work and brains went into developing the best way to accurately and efficiently analyze Single cell (@10xGenomics )long read (@nanopore) sequencing data generated by us.
