This Wednesday, we're publishing the first-ever ZK Industry Report.
A full snapshot of ZK in 2026 between proving, research, adoption, and forces accelerating all of it.
DM us or @zeroknowledgefm to get notified when it's live.
not only am i not worried about the crypto community's ability to handle the upcoming ai/quantum threat, i will venture to say that in the next 2 yrs the world will realize crypto is far better prepared for it than the rest of the internet and finance. we've had a trillion dollar *irreversible* honey pot for a decade, producing a far more battletested system and adversarial security culture than pretty much anywhere else on earth.
I am a technology optimist. I believe:
1. decentralization and censorship-resistance (real versions of these properties, not larps) matter to human freedom in the coming age of AI
2. self-sovereign money, implemented by code and maintained through decentralized consensus, is the final form of money. But it needs to be truly decentralized -- cut out every possible weakness, trust assumption, keeper, etc. Of course there will be connectors to the real world - harden those maximally
3. AI will write most smart contract code. Spec-driven development with Formal Verification will be how new contracts are written rigorously. FV will also be crucial to securing all the infra including the blockchain itself
4. AI will harden our surfaces, with some unfortunate hacks in the process, but ultimately the crypto and financial industries will come out stronger
5. properly-constructed and properly-indexed data lakes will enable agents to build software far more productively
6. governments will move to restrict AI usage in the future, causing true decentralization and CR to matter in dramatic fashion
7. quantum security will be a must for any ledger where people trust their assets. And specifically, blockchains will need to deliver quantum-resistance while retaining programmability and performance. Again, no larping
8. ZK will be an important part of the puzzle too, as it'll be increasingly important to prove off-chain computation and utilize the result on chain. But again, performance and effortlessness for users will be the differentiator
9. pragmatic and composable privacy will be the missing piece for real adoption. People will use apps that stack together stablecoins, DeFi, blockchain settlement, passkey or MPC authentication, and friction-free onramps, but the part that gets fintechs over the line is knowing that user balances will remain private while still being able to tap into shared liquidity
10. blockchain will serve as the global, universal marketplace, for anyone anywhere to get the best opportunities. For that we will need guarantees of fair execution, protection from frontrunning, and a convergence of all of the best assets
At @category_xyz and the @monad Foundation, we are assembling all of these missing pieces in parallel with extreme urgency, and I hope this is clear from our actions. See you in the future

.@apolynya is back with updated thoughts on ZK.
One line stood out: “The potential impact of ZKPs supercedes that of all blockchains.”
Early signs say he’s right. Our upcoming 2026 ZK Industry Report with @zeroknowledgefm surveys adoption across categories beyond blockchains.

A new, faster engine is coming to Mantle Mainnet as global capital markets accelerate onchain.
On Oct. 28, 7AM UTC, our Sequencer moves from Geth to Reth, after a clean run on Sepolia.
Same chain, lighter footprint, and tighter ZK alignment.
What to expect ↓

Software is a speech.
Computers are a press.
Networks are assembly.
Data is papers.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Committee thanks Commissioner Hester Peirce for her years of distinguished service to the SEC.
Throughout her tenure, Commissioner Peirce worked closely with the Committee to help advance efforts to support capital formation and establish a clear regulatory framework for digital assets that protects consumers and encourages American-led innovation.
We are grateful for Commissioner Peirce’s service and wish her continued success in the years ahead.

The statue of Prometheus is finally finished.
It was cast in Paris, crossed the Atlantic, and was assembled at Starbase. It took us 100 days to go from nothing to this.
People of the West, we have lived through an era devoid of dreams, devoid of destiny.
But the time has come to reclaim our dream of antiquity.
In a few months, we will start building a new city. It will be the most magnificent city in all of history.
After all, the great dream of the West has always been to rebuild Rome.
Come walk beside us in this endeavor. The world is waiting.

Faster slots benefit Ethereum and flow straight through to SP1:
→ Faster settlement for @Base, @Optimism, and soon
@Arbitrum
→ Faster SP1 Helios light client updates for
@AcrossProtocol, @Agglayer, and soon ███
RTP becomes harder. But that's okay, we like a challenge 😉

Clarity is on the way via rulemaking. The CFTC and SEC have 2 years to write the rules of the road for crypto and are committed to doing. They will deliver the clarity we need for the America to lead and be the crypto capital of the world. 🇺🇸 The future is bright.

Amazing to think there are Senators who generally have a negative view of crypto and for that reason they decided it's best to keep it unregulated.
Remarkable really.

notable that zk-proofs are the primary, and really the only, example given in this piece about mathematicians starting a new AI safety org. nytimes.com/2026/09/08/scien…

Yesterday, an AI lab researcher resigned and told 100M people the labs are gambling with our lives. The AI industry's answer is "trust us."
Jacob Tsimerman, a Fields Medalist and researcher at @OpenAI has a different answer: don't trust, verify with Zero-Knowledge Proofs.

$ZCSH momentum shows this conviction is shared
We're proud to share The Zcash ETF $ZCSH has crossed $500M+ in AUM.
The only $ZEC fund in the world now holds over 550,000 $ZEC.
This milestone reflects continued investor conviction in Zcash and the demand for privacy in the digital asset ecosystem.
