Here is what I am going through for my mother's medical expenses
She gets admitted. We apply for cashless. It gets rejected stating some reason
When we show physical documents submitted acknowledgement receipt then we are told emails sent were not replied by us. While the response to the email was additional documents submission that has been done.
This pattern repeats for the 2nd claim
Looking at these responses I feel the policy sold is a scam.
Requesting urgent attention of appropriate authorities as this must be happening with others too.
