Nordstrom finally is supporting an accessory that is basic for so many people worldwide, and somehow couldn't use their extrekme tardineess to figure out that "the season" reference doesn't mean anything for the target customer in focus here. *facepalm* Do better @Nordstrom
This just in: the latest collection of exclusive headscarves from Nordstrom x Henna & Hijabs. Created in collaboration w/ Henna & Hijabs founder Hilal Ibrahim, it features new fabrics, colors & patterns perfect for the season—and all its outfits. Shop: bit.ly/3CiHJnG

Also apparently I can't spell. Alas.
Every. Day. You aren't alone @parohomes

Is anyone else mentally wondering the same thing? Am I worrying too much? Should I be even more concerned? Who knows?

Underrated option!
Meeting-free focus time during the workday? Yes, please. Get in the zone, and then protect your productivity: msft.it/6009n2AhX

How you know we are at the right company: we get excited for the new season of our annual training.
If you work from @microsoft and you weren’t mildly excited for the new SBC season, well, I just don’t know what to say. #technoschmaltz

We should make a list of these magical professions.

Tech Writing is a seriously underestimated skill, and those who are masters of this school of magic should be able to add as many zeros they want to their paychecks.

Every quant needs to think about how they can improve this aspect of their roles. Saving.
Not measuring things is often better than using crappy metrics. It's demoralizing to your team when their work is being correlated to things they don't control.

PSA to thank your teachers. The time that I've spent in various years tracking down a teacher to say thank you has always been massively rewarding. They should know how Adult You is grateful for and has grown from their guidance.
I had an amazing fifth grade teacher, Ms. Sosa, who taught us these things and said it was never too early to learn. We had plastic money and paper checkbooks. But we learned, and I never forgot.

instead of geometry and trig, I wish my high school courses were about taxes, retirement plans and investing. how did you learn these life skills? from your parents as a kid, or did you learn on your own as n adult?

So again, just because you step down from something or take a day off doesn't make you less deserving of the spot that you rightfully earned.

Catching up to this discussion on 'location based pay is racist and xenophobic' and it is fascinating
A friend just got offered $10,000/year pay from a US company because he is an Engineer based in Nigeria, and it was called location-based pay, Please as a company, don't do this; ask the right questions to the right people first.
If you're looking for ways to #FreePalestine, helping children with critical medical care is ALWAYS a good choice
As Gaza's humanitarian crisis worsens, we welcome supporters to join our peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to help PCRF deliver desperately-needed aid to the children and families in Palestine that need it most. Create a peer-to-peer fundraiser below. bit.ly/3uSJFAm
#freebooks are good; great books from one of my favorite authors are even better - I know exactly who will get these if I win the bundle. 168 hours is still a favorite after all these years.
I've been told that my books make great graduation presents, so I'm hosting a graduation giveaway! Want the chance to win one or all 5 titles? Respond to this tweet with your favorite book of mine. #GraduationGiveaway
