Going forward we should be part of preventative work, and not reactive to disability, disease or trauma! Ot has so much to offer everyone, yet we still remain to be the NHS and social cares best kept secret. Be bold and go forth!! Shout it from the rooftops!!

Agreed. Also OT isn’t just about illness or disability it can be part of all our everyday lives and improving our quality of live. So although people love the phoenix it doesn’t reflect all that we do.

Thanks to #sircaptaintommoore @GMMH_NHS The OT team organised boxes for each ward.The idea is an easy access resource of low risk,fun activities that staff can offer on a 1:1 or grp basis. Helps distract,relax, or can encourage spending time with others when it feels tough #camhs
