Cool story about @Xfinity. We've had FOUR technicians out, problem not solved. I took it upon myself to hunt down Escalations. They made an appt for Sat am. Got a confirmation email. Got a confirmation call Fri pm, & Sat am. Then got ghosted. Technician didn't call, didn't show.
