1000%. $9trillion gets exchanged everyday in Forex. The exchange provides the bridge. If a Japanese company wanted Mexican Pesos they dont swap directly either. They go from Yen>$ then $>Peso, because the $ is most liquid it forms the bridge. BSV need exchanges to create bridges.
