First up, Tina nominated the brilliant @NatJackson52, co-founder of @TotallyRunable. From working to close the gender sports gap in schools, to desk-to-10k for adults, we love what Nat and all at Totally Runable are doing to inspire women and girls. #IWD2023
I love all that she does and after attending one of her workshops, makes me look at things differently in relation to women in sport in the media, amongst other things Her constant energy is infectious and I can’t even begin to imagine the number of people, both adults and children who she will have influenced along the way in her journey.

It was great to spend a couple of hours earlier with @barnsleycollege childcare students as part of their Industry Week. We ended our @TotallyRunable session with some great team presentations on how students would address the Gender Sport Gap in primary schools. #inspiring 🙌🏽
