1. Promising new anti-HER2 drugs: Tucatinib and DS-8201a.
2. RCB index is prognostic for all molecular subtypes. T4 remains to be a bad disease.
3. Taking estrogen alone in postmenopausal reduces breast cancer.

🔅Not ready to de-escalate surgery based on post neo biopsy
