Just following up on this yet again. 17days later and still not had the courtesy of a response from you. You have taken money from my bank that I cannot get back. I emailed in as you suggested and nothing. How long does it take to respond?? This is theft!!!!!

Re the below. I completed a claim form and emailed in regarding my 4 debits that you took from me last Wednesday. I received an automated email advising of case number and that’s it. You have taken £84 from my account and no sign of it being returned!!!

@easyJet you have cancelled all flights to and from Southend and you have also cancelled all my flights up until 28th March 2021. When will you be cancelling post March 21 so that I can obtain a refund and book with a different airline for summer next year.
