That interview with the Christian couple still sticks with me. The man described their first year of marriage as living “la vida loca,” constantly exploring and enjoying sex in different ways every day. Meanwhile, his wife was crying in the bathroom because she felt overwhelmed by the frequency and hated that it happened every single day.
This is why communication is necessary in intimacy, and why aftercare and post-sex conversations matter. Don’t just clean up, turn over, and go to sleep. Check in with your partner, whether right afterward or after resting and cuddling. Ask how they felt, whether they were pleasured, if anything was overwhelming, what they enjoyed or didn’t, whether they orgasmed, and what they’d like done differently.
These conversations help you understand your partner’s needs, establish what is pleasurable for both of you, and ensure you’re not unknowingly overwhelming them or leaving needs unmet.
Several tweets branded it “sexual incompatibility,” but I don’t think that’s true. Sometimes this “incompatibility” is just selfishness and lack of consideration. A little intentionality, consideration, and communication can go a long way toward resolving issues that couples might otherwise let fester.

The problem is that, Nigerians don’t think the government is the reason for their problems.
They don’t understand that the government is the reason for their lack of sales. They just think they aren’t fortunate enough, which is also true
GOOD DAY, MR PRESIDENT: NIGERIANS DESERVE ACCOUNTABILITY
Good day, Mr President.
I congratulate you on spending a night in one of Nigeria’s states outside Lagos and Abuja. I hope you enjoyed the warmth, hospitality, and delicious cuisine of Akwa Ibom, which I am sure is even better than those of the destinations where you have spent over 260 days outside Nigeria since coming into office.
I sincerely hope this visit will inspire you to travel to the remaining 33 states of the federation, spend time with the people and, more importantly, explain what your administration has done with the ₦15.8 trillion saved from the removal of fuel subsidy, the over $100 billion you have borrowed, the increased revenues accruing to the government from taxing Nigerians, and the additional government revenues which your administration celebrated last year as having surpassed its target.
Nigerians deserve to know how many that were pulled out of poverty within this period, how many out-of-school children were returned to school, and how many functional primary healthcare centres you have built. They also deserve to know how much electricity supply has improved, especially given your promise that if you do not fix power, Nigerians should not vote for you. They deserve an explanation of how you have secured the country, which still ranks among the most terrorised countries in the world.
Mr President, Nigerians deserve answers. They deserve to know what has been done with the resources entrusted to your government.
The New Nigeria we want to build will be based on accountability, transparency, and the physical, measurable impact of our public resources on the lives of citizens.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

No electricity in a heat wave where people are predicted to die and that’s who you call your hero?
Really sad. 😞💔
Just last week/this week , I faced backlash and called names for highlighting that a categorical “yes” or “no” to “pregnancy is a death sentence” overlooks individual experiences.
Pregnancy can FEEL like a death sentence for some, and unfortunately in this case it became a death sentence , while others may have a relatively straightforward experience. People should be able to share their experiences without being dismissed.
I find myself wondering whether having her baby in the UK might have changed the outcome (not saying there are no maternal deaths but chances of survival might have been higher ). It’s heartbreaking to think about what might have been. May her family find strength and comfort. 🙏🏾
British woman, Claire Chadwick, left Cardiff, Wales to live in Nigeria with her husband, Ibrahim.
The couple ran a popular TikTok account named 'Ibrahim and Claire', where they regularly shared posts about food challenges, their faith, and their relationship.
Claire, who was 37 weeks pregnant, sadly died due to septic complications after her baby had died in the womb.
Her devastated family has since launched a GoFundMe to raise £10,000 to fly her body 3,000 miles home to the UK. The fundraiser has so far raised £10,478.
She is survived by her 19-year-old son in Wales.
May her soul rest in perfect peace and may God comfort the grieving family she left behind.

APC is literally begging to not be voted back in. They’ve not given you light in days, the roads are getting worse, waste management hasn’t been resolved, street lights are off so we have to ply roads in the dark.
Why exactly are you still in bed with them?

Hi Everyone, please I need your help.
I’ve battled Keloid since I was 2 as a result of the first ear piercing which was done at birth and was done wrongly.
My parents have gone through several options given to them and it keeps reoccurring.
I’ve done several surgical removal that I can’t even keep count both in general hospitals and private hospitals and they always finish up with kenalog as usual, I did cryotherapy for 2years with a popular Bumps clinic and the pain from the procedure almost paralyzed the left part of my body as it became weaker and I couldn’t use it, still it resurfaced.
Since 2015 I’ve been in and out of the hospital over this keloid, one general hospital suggested removing the whole ear which might cause another issue as it could still grow again.
I’ve been going through excruciating pains, every single day of my life I’m in pains, I’ve been popping painkillers like who’s taking candy, I barely sleep at night
Most days I’m awake till morning, once it’s night I get scared cos the pains becomes unbearable.
Sometimes I take sleeping pills just to get through the night.
I can’t go out, I can’t even show up for my business, my parents and siblings have had to give up their finances every single year because of me. Last year November, my sister single-handedly took care of the bills for the procedure I did.
At some point the Keloid started to accumulate abscess, it becomes so much that I’ve had to go through drainage process, I did one last year as well.
And all of these have made the keloid very aggressive and it grows faster by the day, the last removal procedure I did was in April of last year, the growth you’re seeing in frame 1 is just 1year and 7months growth which is unusually fast.
Since I finished my service year I’ve been at home because I couldn’t work with this condition, I even had to let go of a few job opportunities I was recommended for with the hope of getting this done before I fully commit.
A doctor I met recommended LASUTH earlier this year and since May I’ve been trying to get booked for surgery, initially I was booked for surgery but I wasn’t told everything it entailed, my first surgery date was September 11th and it was moved later on due to the strike.
I was opportuned to secure a consultation again with the Burns and Plastic unit (BPSU) yesterday in LASUTH and the consultant put me through everything I needed for the keloid to not reoccur.
He said I needed at least 2 Radiotherapy sessions of which one has to be done exactly 24hrs after the surgical removal and then another few weeks after.
After which I have to undergo chemotherapy and then post op care which includes injections, drugs, silicone creams, and any other recommended care.
The Radiotherapy is to be done in LUTH (I was given a reference letter for it) after making enquiries in LUTH, the estimate of one radiotherapy session was given at 2.5m, and I’ll be needing 2sessions which sums up to 5m. Then the surgery for the removal of the Keloid costs 1.2m and I’ve been able to come up with that. Then after the surgery I’m to undergo chemotherapy and post op care but I have not been told how much that would cost, so I am unsure of the entire cost of that but the estimation according to what I’ve researched is about 2m.
LASUTH have given me November 19th for my next and last consultation before the removal and this simply means I have to come up with the money for everything before then.
So in total what will be needed for the successful surgery and post op care is 8.2m of which I’ve already raised 1.2m and I’m left to source for 7m before the 19th of November.
This was really really hard for me to do as I have never done this before but this is my last resort as I have exhausted all my options and I have spent more than 6months alone trying to get booked with LASUTH.
Please help me get my life back together 🙏
Any amount will go a long way🙏

Can someone please explain the logic behind her winning? Because I genuinely don’t understand.
