Hey @TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators . We have filed our fourth counter notification with legal background of our statement. Please don’t hesitate to reach us in DM in case of any questions
Hi @TeamYouTube. Our channel was terminated due to a weaponized strike attack by a russian band, even though the disputed content was professionally recorded by our accredited team in 2013 with full authorization and hosted on YT for 13 years without issue. Please advise!
Moreover, @TeamYouTube, our DMCA counter-notifications are walled by an automated error saying it was "already sent"—which is false! We never filed one before.
Please fix this automated loop and comply with DMCA "Safe Harbor" requirements. Human review is indispensable 🔺
Unfortunately we haven't heard from @TeamYouTube here on X and any attempt to bring an attention of a human being to the problem via email prone to fail.
@YouTube did everything to make sure you are left alone with the unfair problem and abuse from agresor
@TeamYouTube We followed your exact instructions to file a DMCA counter-notification, only to get an automated refusal claiming these videos were "already submitted."
We NEVER filed a counter-notice before this! Your system is glitching and blocking us. 🧵👇
By hiding behind broken automated filters, @TeamYouTube is:
❌ Refusing human review of our case.
❌ Denying our legal right under the DMCA to defend ourselves using the EXACT procedure YouTube instructed us to follow.
We demand a REAL human from your legal team
@TeamYouTube we followed your instructions you gave us in this thread 👇
To @TeamYouTube @YouTube:
Our channel Neformat Media (ID: UClMr2m4AQrzpbiP5qDKVC_w), home to 15+ years of irreplaceable Ukrainian music heritage, is facing total deletion due to weaponized copyright strikes by pro-war Russian band Motorama. We urgently request human review.👇

👆We urge @TeamYouTube to take action:
1️⃣ Consolidate the 4 weaponized strikes into 1.
2️⃣ Temporarily restore channel access so we can permanently delete all Russian-related content.
3️⃣ Stop allowing bad-faith actors to abuse your copyright system against Ukrainian creators.
