Detected a high degree of deception in #Talarico’s short interview with KXAS. Voice tone very nervous, high gesturing, leaning forward and backwards showing discomfort with conversation, manufactured smile, eyes scared like a wounded dog, looking down before answering, wringing of the hands.
He’s hiding something. Still think he has some crazy obsession with trans-children.

Subject of detention now has certain Constitutional rights including 5th Amendment protection if they choose. Then they’ll prob lawyer up.
Then PD will determine whether enough existing evidence provides “probable cause” to make an arrest.
Subject could be held in a cell pending any charges for a short period of time, could be up to 24 hrs. See AZ state law.
