If Claude edits your videos like everyone else's, you skipped one step.
Turn your best edits into a skill first. It takes one chat (links below):
1. Say "I want to create a skill for editing our short-form ads."
2. Upload four or five edits you're proud of, plus your brand guidelines.
3. Answer its questions about pacing, captions and hooks.
4. Save the skill and switch it on under Customize, Skills.
5. Give it your next raw clip. When it misses, tell it to update the skill.
Want motion graphics too? Add the Remotion plugin in Claude's Code tab under Customize, Plugins, Discover.

Software is heading toward free and the agent's finished work is what you'll pay for, so per-seat pricing goes first and every buyer needs to know what a finished task costs.
If you make ads without a video team, bookmark this.
Director, a bot in the Grok Bot marketplace (links below), turns one brief into a finished ad. It plans, shoots, cuts and delivers.
So the brief is the whole job now:
1. The product and the one thing it does better
2. Who it's for, in one sentence
3. Platform and length, like 15 seconds vertical for Reels
4. The hook for the first two seconds
5. One ad you want it to feel like
Got raw talking-head footage instead? The Video Editor bot picks your best takes, captions them and sends an edit plan before it cuts.

Dario wants Claude priced by results, which means Anthropic now has to win the attribution fight marketers keep losing.
If Amazon had to shut down its AI usage leaderboard because staff gamed it, your team's prompts-run dashboard is already being gamed.
Memo: Amazon says measuring AI adoption solely by token usage or code generation is "deeply flawed," as it discourages staff from tokenmaxxing (@annierpalmer / CNBC)

If anyone can now make a polished animated ad from a single sentence, what makes people actually stop scrolling for yours?
OpenAI's Yang-Mills result will get the headlines, but its claim that the Exponential Time Hypothesis is false hits harder, since hundreds of papers assume it.
An early access list with no date and no price is a polite way of saying you haven't decided to sell anything yet.
Design partner feedback tells you the problem is real. Only an invoice tells you it's urgent enough to fight procurement over.
Microsoft just offered buyouts to 60,000 people, and the Copilot team is on the list while marketing isn't.
Anthropic's own S-1 says its customers switch to the newest model as soon as it ships, so any marketing stack built around one model name is already on a clock.
Your cheap AI localization budget was priced in English, because some languages burn up to 5x the tokens for the exact same email.
Study: non-English languages can consume far more AI tokens, with the most expensive using 1.5x-5x more than the cheapest, resulting in a "tokenizer tax" (@_ananyaaa / Rest of World)

UGC creators charging $250 a video just lost an app founder who filmed it herself on her phone and now lets Claude pick her hooks, takes and edits.
